Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your items, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all UK customers.

For exchanges, we will process your return and issue a refund for the original purchase less any shipping charges. The replacement item can then be ordered through our webstore as a new purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with the original tags and packaging in order to be processed correctly.

Refunds will be issued once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Funds should be available in your account within 7 working days.
